None is present on behalf of applicants to press restoration application, though names of Sri L.S. Yadav and Sri Dinesh Pratap Singh have been shown in the list. However, Sri M.A. Khan, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 is present and requested that restoration application has unnecessarily been filed, though the revision was already decided by the sessions judge. Thus, applicants are unnecessarily abusing the process of law.
Under the circumstances, the restoration application is rejected for want of prosecution.
