The present writ petition has been filed against the order dated 28th of August, 1987 passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation, District Meerut, i.e., respondent no. 1 as well as against the orders dated 7th of January, 1985 and 10th of January, 1983 passed by the Settlement Officer of Consolidation and the Consolidation Officer, respectively.
The only grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition as stated during the course of arguments is that the petitioner has not been allotted a chak on Plot No. 483 which was his original holding and near his abadi. The grievance is belied by the records as annexed with the writ petition.
A perusal of the amended chart annexed with the order dated 28.8.1987 passed by respondent no. 1 shows that the petitioner has been allotted a chak on Plot No. 483 along with two other chaks on different plots.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition fails and is dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
