1. Leave to place on record the missing document i.e. R-I is granted to Mr. Rohan Yagnik, learned AGP on his submission that inadvertently the said annexure is left out and could not be annexed to the affidavit at the time when the affidavit was tendered on record of present petition.
2. Mr. Bhavsar, learned advocate for the petitioner has made grievance that though it is stated that what is annexed is the copy of relevant Jantri, the copy of document annexure R-I which is supplied to the petitioner is not copy of the relevant Jantri and that therefore petitioner wants to file objection against the said document.
3. Learned AGP shall place on record the relevant document annexure R-I which should be as per the description made in paragraph No. 7 of the affidavit.
