Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the date of birth of the husband of the petitioner in the prayer clause of the writ petition. He is permitted to do so during the course of the date.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents.
By means of this writ petition the petitioner has raised a grievance that her husband, who was a Police Constable, unfortunately died while in service on 30.5.2016. The petitioner being widow has been running from pillar to post to get the retiral dues of her husband and family pension.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.3 to consider the claim of the petitioner with regard to payment of retiral dues as well as the family pension to her and pass appropriate order, in accordance with law as far as possible, within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order along with a fresh representation is presented before the authority concerned.
