Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Bheem Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party.
The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 19.09.2012 passed in Writ Petition No.46798 of 2006.
Today when the matter was taken up, it is argued on behalf of the applicant that the order passed by the Writ Corut has been duly and fully complied with in its letter and spirit.
In view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that since the order passed by this Writ Court has been duly and fully complied with in its letter and spirit, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed.
