Heard Shri M.S. Pipersenia, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Manu Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.4 and the learned standing counsel.
The sole contention of the petitioner is that despite the petitioner having filed an application dated 16.5.2017 for transposition in a pending revision as O.P no.3 the same has not been disposed of till date.
The court repeatedly inquired from Shri Pipersenia as to whether there is any subsequent application before the authority concerned highlighting non- disposal of said application but he candidly admits that there is none.
The writ petition as framed and filed is dismissed as not maintainable.
