This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, interalia, for the following relief:
"A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 1 to 4 to take necessary action against the respondent no. 5 and 6 and respondents and the respondent no. 5 and 6 may be restrained not to interfere in raising of construction by the petitioner over the disputed place which has already been settled by the competent authority in favour of the petitioner."
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that in case the petitioner approaches the District Magistrate, Respondent No. 3 to ventilate her grievances, he shall look into the matter personally and do the needful in accordance with law.
With the above observation, this writ petition is finally disposed of.
