The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No.862 of 2011 instituted by the petitioner against the defendant-respondents within a specified time frame.
A perusal of order sheet reveals that the defendants have already entered appearance and are contesting the proceedings.
Having regard to the entire facts, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to decide the suit expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments, provided there is no legal impediment.
