1. Heard Mrs. Vatsala, learned counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A. for State.
2. The present bail application has been moved by accused- applicant for enlarging him on bail in Case Crime No. 1368 of 2014, under Sections 120B, 307, 302, 309 IPC, Police Station Civil Lines, District Aligarh.
3. The applicant is alleged to have injured informant's two daughters. One has ultimately succumb injuries and another injured girl has supported first information version in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. Looking to entire facts and circumstances, I do not find it a fit case for grant of bail.
4. Application is accordingly dismissed.
