Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Atul Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for respondent no.4 and learned State Counsel for the state authorities.
Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.
Petitioner's claim for grant of compassionate appointment consequent upon death of his father, who was a Safai Karamchari, is stated to be pending before respondent no.4. In respect of such claim petitioner has approached the authorities concerned, but no decision has yet been taken and hence, petitioner is before this Court.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that petitioner's grievance shall be examined in accordance with law at the earliest.
In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.4 to accord consideration to petitioner's claim, noticed above, and an appropriate order would be passed, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of copy of this order.
