JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioners are accused Nos.1 to 3 in Crime No.1543/2013 of Kadavanthara Police Station, Ernakulam. The offences alleged against them are punishable under Secs.498A and 354 r/w 34 of IPC. Second respondent is the de facto complainant. She is represented in this Court by her counsel. The matter was referred for mediation. The entire matter has been settled in the mediation. Settlement agreement entered into between the parties has also been produced to show that the entire matter including the matrimonial dispute pending before the Family Court were also settled. Hence, in the light of the settlement agreement entered into at the mediation centre, this petition is allowed. Further proceedings against these petitioners in Crime No.1543/2013 of Kadavanthara Police Station, Ernakulam is quashed.
