Heard Sri Manjit Kumar, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Munendra Nath Chaubey, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner has assailed the impugned order dated 29.12.1995 passed by the Additional Commissioner (Admin.), Agra Division, Agra and the order dated 30.08.1993 passed by the Pargana Adhikari Atmadpur, District-Agra.
The writ petition is barred by delay and laches. Moreover, the proceedings under Section 34 of the Uttar Pradesh Land Revenue Act do not confer any title right nor any final adjudication of the title dispute. No satisfactory explanation for the delay has been stated in the writ petition.
The writ petition is dismissed.
This order shall not be construed as a finding on the title of the parties.
