Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted four weeks time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter.

Till the next date of listing, the demand in pursuance of the order of the Collector, Etawah dated 20.5.2010 in case no. 122/09-10 (State Vs. Siddharth Mahavidyalaya, Ludhpura shall remain stayed provided the petitioner deposits 50% of the demand within a period of one month. Any amount already deposited shall be given adjustment.
