JUDGMENT / ORDER

(C.M.A. No. 9557 of 2012) This is an application for recall of order dated 02.01.2012.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of the application.
Cause shown in the affidavit found satisfactory.
On due consideration, the application is allowed. The order dated 02.01.2012 is hereby recalled and the writ petition is restored to its original number subject to deposit of Rs.500/- in the Registry of this Court within a week, which shall be transmitted to Oudh Bar Association, Lucknow for purchase of the books for its Library.
