Sri Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel representing the Basic Education Officer states that the claim of the petitioner for grant of salary for the period from 1 July 2015 till 8 February 2016 and for extension of mid-academic session benefit, shall be duly considered in light of the decision rendered in Angad Yadav And 7 Others v. State of U.P. And 4 Others [Writ-A No. 33360 of 2017 decided on 19.8.2017] and a final decision in respect thereof communicated with expedition and preferably within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a duly authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition and its enclosures. The statement so made is recorded and accepted.
