Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
By means of present writ petition, the petitioner seeks writ of certiorari quashing the order dated 30.1.2018 passed by the respondent no.2- Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil-Nawabganj, District Bareilly.
The appeal is provided under Clause 13 (1) of Uttar Pradesh Essential Commodities (Regulation of Sale and Distribution Control) Order, 2016.
Since, there is an alternative remedy available to the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed on the said ground. No order as to cost.
