By means of the present application the applicant who is allegedly apprehending his arrest, seeks anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.471 of 2020, u/s 506, 354(A) I.P.C., P.S.-
Tharwai, District- Prayagraj.
Learned A.G.A. submits that after investigation the police has submitted charge sheet on 22.12.2020, thus, the cause of the present anticipatory bail application do not survive.
Under circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application stands dismissed as infructuous.
