By means of the present petition, the petitioners herein are seeking for quashing of the first information report dated 27.02.2021 registered as Case Crime No.173 of 2021, under Sections 147, 342, 504, 506, 386 I.P.C P.S.-Dhoomanganj District-Prayagraj.
The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners that the allegations in the first information report are false or the report had been lodged on account of some other dispute between the complainant and the petitioners herein cannot be examined within the scope of Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
Any interference, at this stage, may impede the speedy investigation.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
