Suraj Kumar Keshri vs Union Of India And Others

High Court Of Judicature at Allahabad|18 July, 2011

JUDGMENT / ORDER

The contention of the petitioner is that he has applied for the post of Data Entry Operator under the O.B.C. category. He has been issued admit card, which is Annexure-2 to the writ petition, in which O.B.C. category is specifically mentioned but in the result, the category has not been mentioned and it appears that the petitioner has not been considered in O.B.C. category while making the selection.
The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that if he is considered in the O.B.C. category then he is eligible to be selected in view of the number obtained by him.
Learned Standing Counsel for Union of India may seek instruction in the matter.
Put up on 21.7.2011 as fresh.
