Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), Bareilly to decide Original Suit No. 56 of 2012 within a stipulated period.
From the order dated 18.02.2017, which has been appended as annexure no.3, it appears that earlier the matter had proceeded ex parte and, subsequently, the ex parte proceeding was set aside and the defendant was given opportunity to participate in the proceeding.
The last order dated 15.03.2018, which is there on record, at page 28, discloses that 04.04.2018 has been fixed.
In view of the above, no specific direction need be issued.
It is expected that, in absence of any legal impediment, the court shall proceed with the matter, in accordance with law.
