Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents no. 1 to 4.
The grievance of the petitioner is that he is not being paid the amount as awarded by the Arbitrator and his security deposit is also not being released. The award of the Arbitrator is dated 24.10.2018 and it reveals that certain amounts are payable to the petitioner therein and there is a separate direction regarding the security deposit. In the event, the aforesaid award is not being implemented, the petitioner may get it executed in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure as provided under Section 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The writ petition is misconceived and is dismissed.
