Heard Sri Kuldeep Johri, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the respondents-State and perused the record.
This petition for writ is before us to have a direction for fair and transparent investigation in relation to Case Crime No. 0037 of 2018 pending investigation at Police Station- Noida-Sector- 24, District- Gautam Budh Nagar pertaining to the offence under Sections 376, 493, 506, 504 IPC.
On perusal of the facts averred in the petition for writ and also the documents annexed thereto, we do not find any cogent reason for assuming that the Investigating Agency is not proceeding with fair and objective investigation in the matter. However, expeditious investigation in each and every case is oblivious.
Looking to this settled proposition, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition for writ by directing respondent nos. 3, 4 and 5 to expedite investigation in the matter and to file a police report before the Court competent as early as possible.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
