JUDGMENT / ORDER

At the insistence of Mr. Pahwa, learned advocate for the petitioner, after adjourning the matter yesterday, it is scheduled for hearing today.
Today when the application is called out and taken up for hearing, Mr. Pahwa, learned advocate for the petitioner, is not present. On his behalf, request for pass-over is made at 12.55 p.m. Since pass-over, in view of the roster assigned to this Court, is not possible, S.O. to 24.1.2012.
