Sri M.M. Rai, learned counsel for the revisionist has stated that he does not want to press the revision petition for the reason that the issue involved in the present revision petition is finally decided by the full bench of Commercial Tax Tribunal under Section 22 of the Act in Misc. Application No. 38 of 2008, 39 of 2008 and 40 of 2008 vide the order dated 19.11.2018.
In view of the aforesaid, the present revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
