JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.S.Saji Bino, the learned counsel appearing on behalf the petitioner had placed before this Court a communication, dated 17.11.2009, issued by the Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Tirunelveli. The said communication is as follows:
NPA MANAGEMENT COMPROMISE SETTLEMENT FOR RS.2.5 LACS We have to advise the compromise proposal in respect of M/s.Supreme CT Scan Pvt. Ltd., has been approved by appropriate authority subject to the following conditions.
1.Compromise offer of Rs.2,50,000/- against the total dues of Rs.4,81,608.11
2.Any legal expenses to get back documents from the Court to be met by yourself.
Please arrange to withdraw all legal cases pending against our Bank.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner had also submitted that, since the disputed issues in the writ petition have been settled, amicably, between the petitioner and the respondents, he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition and he had also made an endorsement to that effect
3. Based on the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and in view of the endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
