JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a relief for admission to the petitioner's child for first standard in Kendriya Vidyalaya. Considering the nature of relief sought for and the matter is of the year 2010, I am of the view, the matter has become infructuous. Hence, dismissed as infructuous, leaving open all issues in this writ petition.
