This is a petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking expeditious disposal of O.S.No.327/2013 pending before the Munsiff's Court, Attingal. 2. The petitioners say that they purchased certain extent of property from a group of persons and among whom one died later and the legal heirs of the deceased filed a suit seeking to set aside the sale deed executed by the deceased in favour of the petitioners and in the light of the fact that the petitioners' title is disputed, their rights are put in jeopardy. It is prayed that there may be a direction to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.
3. In the light of the order that is proposed to be passed, it is felt that notice to the respondents is not necessary.
There will be a direction to the Munsiff Court, Attingal to take up O.S.No.327/2013 and dispose of it as expeditiously as
O.P.(C) No.2721/2014 2
possible provided it is ripe for trial, at any rate, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
This Original Petition is disposed of as above.
