JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation dated 09.12.2016, within a time frame.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2016 to rectify the mistake in the patta issued to him, the third respondent has not considered the same yet.
3. Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation, in accordance with law, after giving notice to the 4th respondent.
4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2016 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to the 4th respondent, within six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
5. With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
