1. Petitioner is challenging recovery certificate dated 31.12.2018 issued by Secretary, Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (hereinafter referred to as 'Authority') for recovery of Rs. 22,60,947/- from petitioner.
2. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that there is already an agreement between parties and he has also moved an application before the Authority concerned for recall of recovery certificate.
3. After sometime, Sri Anup Trivedi learned counsel for petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition as petitioner wants to pursue the matter before Authority concerned.
3. Sri Wasim Masood, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Authority has no objection.
4. Dismissed with liberty aforesaid.
