Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondents through video conferencing.
The petitioner has already made a representation as contained in annexure no. 10 to the writ petition which is stated to be pending before respondent no. 2.
It is also to be noted that a similar writ petition filed before this Court i.e. writ petition no. 24687 (Misc. Bench) of 2020 was disposed of by an order dated 01.02.2021 of which the operative part is reproduced as under:
"Accordingly, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to consider the matter relating to the electricity duty paid by the petitioner for the period in question, in accordance with law, say within a period of two months from the date of certified copy is produced before him."
The present writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the operative order extracted hereinabove.
