Petitioner is before this Court assailing the order impugned dated 6.11.2018 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Agra in Case No. 80 of 2018, CNR No. UPAG020023502018, Adhikshika Vs. Mr. Antonio Tur LLorens and another (Annexure No. 3 to the writ petition).
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the press the writ petition and as such, the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.
