It is stated at the Bar by Sri C.B. Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter has been brought to an end by the parties themselves by the settlement deed which is filed in this Court on 17.7.2018.
Parties to act as per the deed of settlement.
With these observations, the judgment of the Labour Court, Ghaziabad dated 7.8.1998 is modified to the said extent.
The writ petition is disposed off in terms of the settlement deed arrived at and filed in this petition on 17.7.2018.
This Court is thankful the Sri C.B. Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner for getting this very old matter disposed off.
