(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) Mr Abhishek Mehta appearing on behalf of the Corporation submits that report pursuant to our order would be filed by Monday next. We direct Mr Mehta's client to take into consideration various annexures to the application being Civil Application No.5670 of 2012 while submitting the report. In the meantime, the Corporation will see that the area is cleaned up and is appropriately cordoned so that no other untoward incident takes place.
Let the matter appear on May 7, 2012 as a specially fixed matter at 2.30 p.m. for further orders.
