After hearing Mr.Mehta, learned advocate appearing in support of the petition and after going through the news item published in the daily 'The Times of India' dated 18th April 2012, we pass an interim order directing the respondents to ensure that no further damage be caused to the 'Dandi Pul' as it being a heritage monument of national and international importance.
On the returnable date, the Municipal Commissioner will submit a report before this Court as regards the present condition of the said 'Dandi Pul'.
