(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) As prayed for by Mr.Mehta, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner to enable him to give affidavit to the three affidavits given by the three added respondents, let the matter appear on 26th April 2012.
We make it clear that pendency of this Application will not stand in the way of the appropriate State-respondent from taking steps in accordance with the provisions contained in the Factories Act. The concerned officer will further visit the factories of the three added respondents and will also take steps for examination of the employees after a period of a week from today.
Let the names of the added respondents be reflected in the cause-list also.
