After going through the said affidavit and after hearing Mr. P.K. Jani, learned Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the State respondent, we find that it is a fit case where notice should be issued upon Maruti Chemicals, carrying on business at: Plot No. 795, Near Kamron Laboratory, Rakanpur, Taluka-Kalol, District-Gandhinagar, Shree Chemical, carrying on business at Plot No. 3541, Phase-IV, Chhatral, Taluka-Kalol, District-Gandhinagar and Vikram Thermo [India] Ltd. carrying on business at Plot No. 131/1 and 131/2, Kadi-Chhatral Road, Dhanot, Taluka-Kalol, District-Gandhinagar, in view of the report given by the State respondent. Along with the notice, copy of the report regarding health check-up of the workers be also served upon the above three units.
Let the matter appear on February 23, 2012 for the purpose of passing appropriate directions towards those three units after giving them an opportunity of hearing.
