Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
This application has been filed for expeditious disposal of the bail application of the applicant.
This application is disposed of with the direction that in the event, the applicant appears before the court concerned and applies for bail within four weeks from today in Case Crime No.57 of 2010 under Sections 394, 411, 120-B IPC of P.S. Chowk, District Varanasi the same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously, preferably if possible on the same day in confirmation with the principles laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Lal Kamlendra Pratap Singh Vs. State of U.P. (2009) 4 SCC, 437.
For a period of four weeks, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicant.
