JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed I.A.No.14190/2014 seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition reserving his right to file civil suit challenging the order impugned in the writ petition. 2. I have heard Sri.P.M.Sebastian, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as also Smt.Lilly.K.T., the learned Government Pleader.
The I.A. is allowed and accordingly the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the civil court for pursuing his remedies against the order impugned in the writ petition.
