The prayer in this petition is to direct the Regional Pass Port Officer, Pass Port Seva Kendra, Lucknow to take appropriate decision on the application of the petitioner dated 8.6.2020 for issuance of passport which has been registered as File No. LK3064795113220.
Considering the nature of the prayer made, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition by requiring the second respondent to take appropriate decision on the pending application expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of copy of this order in his office.
