ORDER R.DEVDAS J., (ORAL):
On 05.09.2019, since none appeared for the petitioner, it was directed that if office objections are not complied within three days, I.A.No.1/2017 shall stand dismissed.
2. On 13.09.2019, again none appeared for the petitioner. Therefore, it was directed that if office objections are not attended within seven days from that day, the petition shall stand dismissed.
3. Today too, there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
4. In view of dismissal of the main petition, I.A.No.1/2017 filed for stay does not survive for consideration and is accordingly disposed of.
