Patil, AGA) This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to quash the notification dated 19.01.2018 issued by R-4 for outsource services for the posts of non- clinical employees vide Annexure-A to W.P. consequently.
This petition coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER None for the petitioner.
Learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents.
In this petition, petitioner inter alia seeks for quashment of the tender notification dated 19.01.2018.
2. When the matter was taken up today, learned Additional Government Advocate submitted that the aforesaid tender notification has not been acted upon. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
3. The aforesaid statement is taken on record.
4. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
