ORDER: (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice Vilas V. Afzulpurkar) When the matter was taken up for hearing on 04.07.2014, neither the petitioner appeared nor was there any representation on his behalf. Thereafter, the matter underwent couple of adjournments on request of the petitioner. Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, neither the petitioner appears nor there is any representation on his behalf.
The contempt case is accordingly dismissed. The miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
