The suit was dismissed for default and the plaintiff/petitioner has filed I.A. No. 915/2014 to set aside the order of dismissal and restore the suit under Order IX Rule 9 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

2. I direct the Court of the Munsiff of Paravur to dispose of I.A. No. 915/2014 in O.S. No. 344/2012 on its file within a period of one month. The parties shall maintain the status quo in the meanwhile.

The Original Petition is disposed of.
