JUDGMENT / ORDER

No representation for the petitioner. The counsel for the respondent was present on 23.05.2014. An affidavit has been filed by the respondent stating that the direction of this Court has been complied with. The matter has been posted today for the only reason that the counsel for the petitioner wanted to ascertain whether the statements made in the affidavit were true. Obviously for the reason that the statements are true, there is no representation for the petitioner today.
In view of the above, this Contempt Case is dismissed.
