The husband is a resident of Perinthalmanna and the wife is a resident of Ottappalam. The marital dispute is now pending before the Family Court, Palakkad. A transfer to Ottappalam will mitigate the hardship of both the husband and wife. Moreover O.P. No. 562/2013 filed by the wife for recovery of gold ornaments is pending on the file of the Family Court, Ottappalam.
2. I therefore order transfer of O.P. No. 900/2011 from the Family Court, Palakkad to the Family Court, Ottappalam. The Transferee Court shall issue notice to the parties and take the proceedings to a logical end soon.
The Transfer Petition is allowed.
