This is a petition filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking transfer of O.P.No.346/2013 pending before the Family Court, Thrissur to Family Court, Ernakulam. 2. Suffice to say that, the marital relationship between the petitioner and the respondent ran into rough weather and litigations began. The petitioner instituted M.C.No.129/2013 before the Family Court, Ernakulam. According to the petitioner, as a retaliatory measure, the respondent filed O.P.No.346/2013 before the Family Court, Thrissur for restitution of conjugal rights.

The petitioner points out that she finds it extremely difficult to come over to Family Court, Thrissur to attend the case and she has nobody to accompany her and that she is having financial difficulties. The petitioner therefore prays that the matter pending before the Family Court, Thrissur may be T.P.(C) No.253/2013 2 transferred to Family Court, Ernakulam where her petition is pending consideration.
4. Notice was served on the respondent and the respondent entered appearance. The respondent points out that he has no objection in granting the prayer sought for by the petitioner.
In the result, this petition is allowed and O.P.No.346/2013 pending before the Family Court, Thrissur shall stand transferred to Family Court, Ernakulam.
