2. The impugned order dated 19.06.2012 passed by the learned IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bangalore in C.C.No.14914/2012 discloses that the learned Magistrate has perused the complaint and having satisfied himself that the prosecution has made out a case against the accused Nos.1 to 4 has taken cognizance of the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 325, 406, 420, 427, 504, 392, 201, 354 read with 34 of IPC.
I do not find any error or illegality in the course adopted by the learned Magistrate warranting interference under Sec.482 Cr.P.C. Petition is dismissed.
