1. Heard Sri Kamlesh Kumar Yadav, Advocate holding brief of Sri Siddharth Khare, learned counsel for petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for State.
2. This writ petition has been filed against orders dated 30.10.2014 passed by opposite parties-1 and 2 contained in Annexures-1 and 2 respectively to writ petition whereby petitioners have been reverted back from the post of District Commandant Home Guards to Paid Inspector/Paid Platoon Commander Home Guards.
3. Petitioners are claiming benefit of reservation in the matter of promotion. However, Supreme Court has already given judgment regarding the matter of promotion in Civil Appeal No. 2608 of 2011 decided on 27.4.2012. Consequential order for reversion have been passed and the same are under challenge in present writ petition.
4. Orders impugned in present writ petition are consequential and passed pursuant to judgment of Supreme Court in which clear direction was issued for giving effect to said judgement dated 27.4.2012, hence we find no illegality or perversity in the impugned orders.
5. Writ petition lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
