This is a bail application moved on behalf of applicant in ST No.540 of 2002 arising out of case crime no.78 of 2001 u/s 302/34, 143, 147,201/149 IPC PS Gonda District Aligarh.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
Perusal of record shows that both the girls are the eye witnesses of the incident.
Looking to the eye witness account and specific role of firing as assigned to the applicant, no case for grant of any indulgence is made out at this stage.
The bail application is accordingly rejected at this stage.
