Heard learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Krishna Gopal, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.G.A.
As per the prosecution case, the deceased was ambushed and assaulted by four accused persons including the applicants; injury is alleged to have been caused by iron rod and stick; postmortem examination report supports the prosecution case; five injuries is reported over vital part; fracture of all ribs frontal.
Learned A.G.A. and learned counsel for the informant have opposed the prayer for bail and submit that it will not be in public interest to release the applicant on bail.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and considering the submission advanced, I find no good ground for grant of bail to the applicants, Sunil and Ashok, involved in Case Crime No. 105 of 2018, under section 302, 323, 34 I.P.C., P.S. Aonla, District Bareilly.
Accordingly, the bail application is rejected.
The trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the aforesaid case and conclude the same expeditiously on day to day basis from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if, there is no legal impediment.
The Registrar General of this Court is directed to send a copy of this order to the learned trial court for compliance.
